About TMF Notary
From Boca to Beyond - Your Florida Notary, Wherever You Are
Your Trusted Partner for Mobile and Online Notarization
At TMF Notary, we believe notarization should be simple, secure, and accessible — wherever life takes you.
Our Story
TMF Notary is owned and run by me, Tracy Flavien. I started the company in 2021 and have completed more than 2,700 signings since then, from single-page affidavits at a kitchen table in Boca Raton to full refinance packages for title companies across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. I'm a Florida-commissioned notary, bonded and insured with a $1 million errors and omissions policy. When you book with TMF Notary, I'm the one who confirms your appointment and shows up at your door or on your screen.
Our Mission
To make notarization simple and secure for people in South Florida and beyond, whether we meet in person or online.
TMF Notary provides mobile notary and online notary services across portions of South Florida (mobile) — including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and the rest of Broward County, and nationwide (online). Our office is in Boca Raton, so this is home ground — most Boca appointments confirm the same day. The person who answers your call is the notary who arrives at your door.
