Our Story
TMF Notary is owned and run by me, Tracy Flavien. I started the company in 2021 and have completed more than 2,700 signings since then, from single-page affidavits at a kitchen table in Boca Raton to full refinance packages for title companies across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. I'm a Florida-commissioned notary, bonded and insured with a $1 million errors and omissions policy.
